A few notes from our Marketing/Prospecting Department to help find and retain clients during this unique opportunity:

Keep doing business as usual:

  • Let clients know that you are doing all you can to make sure your office is safe to come in to.  Let them know what you are doing to make it safe:

    • Cleaning it after each appointment.

    • Leaving 30 minutes between each appointment to clean for next client.

Prospecting

  • Call your clients and see if they are ok and if there are others that you can help. What service can you provide?  Free review of policies?

  • Call people that have met with you and not done business.

    • Call / Email / Text / Video Conference

    • If you do not do this, someone else will.

Use of Technology:

  • Allow you to stay connected with your clients. Able to see face to face.

  • Clients want to hear from you –especially now! Call them.

  • Send regular mail or email updates.

  • Send emails with important information on current events, something interesting or out of the ordinary like a recipe.
